Critical fields:
1) Name - The name of an entity (record) is used as an default search option in addition to the search key. The name is up to 60 characters in length.
2) Role - The Role determines security and access a user who has this Role will have in the System.
Critical & one-time setup fields:
1) Organization Field- This Field is used to select the organization which you are going to process the order.
Non-critical fields:
1) User/Contact - The User identifies a unique user in the system. This could be an internal user or a business partner contact

2) Step type - It is used to select step type activity

1) Document type - This Field is used to select the type of the document that you are going to process.

1) Due Date Tolerance - Tolerance in days between the date next action and the date the request is regarded as over due
2) Join Element - Semantics for multiple incoming Transitions for a Node/Activity. AND joins all concurrent threads - XOR requires one thread (no synchronization).
3) Split Element - Semantics for multiple outgoing Transitions for a Node/Activity. AND represents multiple concurrent threads - XOR represents the first transition with a true Transition condition.
4) Table - The Database Table provides the information of the table definition
