Overview:

This manage maintenance form is used to used to track machine maintenance details with the help of Task start date,end date,quantity,duration time & task status.

Business case:

In a manufacturing industry plant maintenance will be done frequently & it has been splitted into three types.
1) Breakdown Maintenance - Example bending machine is running & due to some issues machine is stopped suddenly,then it will be named as breakdown maintenance.
2) Planned Maintenance - Maintenance will be pre-scheduled & it will be done on monthly basis.
3) Non-production maintenance - This type of maintenance will be done for the items which will not support for production purpose ( Example - Computer, cameras & Fan)

Critical fields:

1) Maintenance Internal order - It is used to select the maintenance Internal order which was created  from multiple organisation.

2) Prepare Order - It is used to prepare the document

3) Start Task - After document is prepared then only we can be able to start the particular task

4) Check Stock - It is used to check the stock.

5) Change Qty - It is used to change required quantity.

6) Duration Update - It is used to update duration time.

7) Complete Task - It is used to complete the particular task

8) Part Issue - It is used to track required quantity,delivered quantity & Quantity yet to deliver details.

9) Completed Issue - Completed issue details will be displayed

10) Complete order - It is used to complete order

11) Void order - This button is used to void order (Delete)


Critical & one-time setup fields:


1) Organization Field- This Field is used to select the organization which you are going to process the order.
