Critical Fields

1. Name : This field specifies the name of the Employee
2. Email Address : This field specifies the Email address of the Employee
3. Password : This field  specifies the User Password
4. Birthday : This field specifies the Birth date of the Employee
5. Notification Type : This field defines the type  of the notification (Ex: Email)
6. Position : This field specifies the job position of the employee
7. Supervisor : This field specifies the supervisor name of the user, It is used for Escalation and Approval purposes
