Overview

  1. Quality test plan master window is used to create the test plans. These test plans are used to check the product Quality.

Business Case

  1. In a manufacturing company we can create the test plan for check the product quality,size and weight.(Ex : Weight test plan,Total Quality Check plan).
  2. We can create multiple parameters in a quality test plan and use this test plan for the quality checking .
  3. These type of quality checking are used in product incoming and outgoing places.

Critical Fields

  1. Name : Used to mention the Test plan name. We can create the test plan by using characters and numbers.(Ex : Machine Test)

Critical & onetime setup fields

  1. Organization Field : This Field is used to select the organization which you are going to process the document.

Non-Critical Fields

  1. User Decision Allowed : Once user decision is checked system will allow the user to over right the decision given by the system as per the record value in inspection screens.
  2. Auto Generate Inspection Doc : It is used to set the auto inspection generation , If we select this check box two mandatory fields are visible,they are document category and document type.
  3. Document category : It is used to select the inspection document category type.(Ex : Customer RMA Inspection,Multiple Product Inspection,Production Inspection,Single Product Inspection)
  4. Document type : We should select the particular document type based on the document category.(Refer document type master)

Zoom condition’s

  1. We can Zoom and find the inspections and NCR by using this Test plan.(EX : Inspection Single,Inspection Bulk,Inspection Production,NCR)

Critical Fields

  1. Tool/Instrument : This is used to mention the tools which is used in the quality check.(Refer Asset Master).
  2. Asset group : This is used to mention the asset group

  1. Organization Field : This Field is used to select the organization which you are going to process the document.

Non-Critical Fields

  1. Sequence : Sequence Indicates the order of the record.

  1. Parameter: Used to mention the parameter from the quality parameter master.
  2. Controller: Used to select the controller.(Inspector or Operator)

  1. Drawing Sub Number: It is used to mention the drawing numbers and helps to print in reports.
  2. Priority: We can select the Priority for the parameters.
  3. Frequency: We can mention the frequency for this parameter.
  4. User Decision Allowed: Once user decision is checked system will allow the user to over right the decision given by the system as per the record value in inspection screens.
  5. Sequence: It is used to mention the order of the sequence.

  1. Sampling Quantity : If we select this check box Sampling Qty Type will exists.(Sampling Qty Type-All,Fixed Batch,Random)
  2. Sampling time : If we select this check box Sampling Time Type will exists.(Sampling Time Type-Aging,All,AntiAging)

  2. Quantity : It is used to give the Consumable product quantity.
  3. UOM : It is used to select the Consumable product UOM from(Refer UOM Master).
  4. Charge : It is used to select the Consumable charge name from the charge master (Refer Charge Master).
  5. Organization Field : This Field is used to select the organization which you are going to process the document.
