Quantity : It is used to give the Consumable product quantity.

UOM : It is used to select the Consumable product UOM from(Refer UOM Master).

Charge : It is used to select the Consumable charge name from the charge master (Refer Charge Master).

Organization Field : This Field is used to select the organization which you are going to process the document.
