CRITICAL FIELDS:
Name: We can specify the name for our reference
Valid From: We can give the start date of the shift
Valid To: We can give the finish date of the shift
NON_CRITICAL FIELDS:
Client: It displays the client name
Organization: It will show the Organization within the Client
Description: We can maintain this for any reference note

CRITICAL FIELDS:
Business Partner: We can Choose the employee's name
Department: Based on the Employee Department will be automatically fetched
Position: Based on the Employee Position will be automatically fetched
Attendance Type: Based on the Employee attendance type will be fetched from the salary Structure
Shift: We can define the particular shift for the particular period mentioned in the header
NON_CRITICAL FIELDS:
Client: It will display the client name
Organization: It will show the Organization within the Client
