Introduction

This Form is used to start and stop the Individual operations of the manufacturing order. This is an alternate form to creating Activity Control Report.

Business Example

In a Manufacturing Industry once the manufacturing order is released and material for production is received from stores. The shop floor operator will start & stop production operations. For tracking what is the time it takes to complete (Duration real) the operation,

Selection fields

1) Manufacturing Order- Manufacturing order document number which are ready to process will be displayed.User can select the order document number and process the operations.

2) Work Center- This field will display the resources (Work center's) from Resource Master window, User can select a work center so that the operation which are mapped to the specific resource will be displayed.

3) Resource Group- This field will display the resource group from Resource group Master window, User can select a resource group so that the operation which are mapped to the resources from resource group selected will be displayed.

4)Plant/Production line :When the shop floor schedule check box is enabled in the manufacturing work flow, the ready-to-process items will be shown. User can choose the name of the work flow

5)Shop floor schedule: Shop floor schedule document number which are ready to process will be displayed. User can select the order document number and process the operations.

6)Product: This field will display the product master, and the user can choose a product master and process it.

7)Project: This field will display the project master, and the user can choose the details and process it.

Ok

1) System will start or stop the selected operation.

2) While starting the operation system will create a Activity control document with the required field updated and keep the document in In progress status.

3) While stopping the operation system will update the movement quantity in the Activity control Report and Complete document.

4) After The stop operation is completed the operation will be taken out from the Production Que.

Display

System will display the records for as per the selection criteria.

a) If manufacturing order is selected system will verify the manufacturing order document number and operation which are not completed will be displayed.

b) If work center is selected system will verify the all the manufacturing order which are ready to process with the resource selected and display the records.

c) If Resource group is selected system will verify the all the manufacturing order which are ready to process with the resource group and display the records.

Refresh or Re-query - If no selection is provided using this button system will display the records of operation which are ready to process.

Reset

System will reset the selection criteria's. Back to Empty.

<Custom Buttons>

1) Start Operation- While clicking this button system allows you to select operator name and Quantity that need to be produced.

2) Stop Operation - Allowing the System to Enter the End Quantity that need to be processed.

3) Change Resource- System allows to change the resource which is allocated for the operation.

4) Show PR- If the operation is subcontract once the operation is started, System will generate a requisition document. By selecting the operation and clicking this button system will Zoom into the Requisition created for that operation.

5) Download- This button download the datas from the production Queue screen as per selection criteria to an Excel Sheet.

6)Breakdown: While clicking this button system allows you to select the reason and Quantity details

7)Change operator: The system allows to change the operator while click the button

8)Issue material: when clicking the button We can select the issue material and process it after the system populates the issue form.

9)Production confirmation: When you click the button, the system allows you to make an entry for production confirmation

10)Move qty: When click the button, system allow to make the entry

11)Change tools: The system allows to change the tools while click the button

12)Operator entry :When click the button, Allow the system to use a single resource in opposition to multiple operator entries.
