Store Issue Form is the window used for issue the required material for production for the store ware warehouse were the material are stocked.In this window partial material and partial quantity can be issued based on stock availability.

Business Example

In a Pump Industry Manufacturing order is raised by the planning engineer.Production supervisor will provide the manufacturing order number to store to collect the required material for producing the Finished Good.The store supervisor will enter the manufacturing order number in store issue form.Materials to be issued will be listed on the form the store person will issue the required material based on on hand stock availability.Execution



Form Execution



Selection Fields :

Manufacturing Order Number : Select the Manufacturing number that needs product to be issued.

Delivery Rule (Only Issue) : This field represents the transaction that this transaction is for Issuing the product

Product : Need to select the product name and used for filter option

Resource : Used to Filter the resource name

Warehouse : Used to Filter the Warehouse name

Locator : This field is used to filter the locator name for store issue process.

Output Fields (Record single/double) :

The following field will display with additional details for example Product with Attribute set Instance if any,Quantity Required,On hand Quantity,Warehouse etc.Actions (Forms)

In the popup window after selecting the Execute button. By clicking this button system will check the on-hand quantity and issue the selected products against the manufacturing order and auto-creates a cost collector document.
