Vehicle Information

Critical Fields :

1. Registration Number : It is used to mention the vehicle registration number.
2. Fuel Account : It is used to mention the fuel account number.(Refer charge Master)
3. Regular Account :

5. Payment Term : It is used to select the payment term type.(Refer Payment Term Master)

Critical & onetime setup fields :

1. Organization Field- This Field is used to select the organization which you are going to process the document.
2. Name : It is used to mention the vehicle name. The name of an entity (record) is used as an default search option in addition to the search key. The name is up to 60 characters in length.

Non-Critical Fields :

1. Vehicle Model : Used to mention the vehicle model.
2. Maintenance(In Kms) : This is used to mention the maintenance kilo meter.
3. Maintenance Frequency : Used to mention the Maintenance Frequency.
4. Maintenance Type : Used to select the Maintenance type (Day,Month,Year)
5. Service Date : It is used to mention the service date
