1. User / Contact : This field defines the user name
2. Created : This fields defines date of the record created
3. Message Id : This is used to identify the Message ID
4. Email Sent from : This field  defines the email address of the sender
5. Subject : This field contains the subject of the mail
6. Mail Text : this field contains the mail text
7. Delivery Confirmation : This field is used for EMAIL delivery confirmation
8. Delivered : This field is used to identify the status of the mail
