Technical specification for ERP and BI

1. Deploy the packin & jars in ERP.
2. Install Metabase with the jar file(upgrade if already installed)
3. One time Set-up instructions for each system
   1. Add system config parameter. KA_EXTERNAL_LOGIN_KEY(System Level) - this is the encryption key(e.g 987654321konnect)
   2. Logon to Metabase as admin and goto Konnect Server Config
   3. Enter the ERP URL,Port and subdomain as  'konnectmi'
   4. Enter the secret key the same as the one in ERP
   5. Save the settings,
4. in Metabase de-activate the access for All-users to the collections and databases
5. One time Set-up for each client
   1. Create Client in ERP, run database settings process.
   2. Get DB user and password from ERP and create New Database in Metabase
   3. Run DB SQL in Metabase for the new DB
   4. Create collection for Client in Metabase under Our Analytics
   5. Create Group in Metabase for client(note down the group id)
   6. Change the permissions for this group to access the collection and database created above
   7. Create Role in ERP for metabase(in client), select access type as metabase
   8. in the role for field (Days Approval Accumulated) enter the group id of metabase
   9. Attach the users authorised to access metabase to this role
6. Test with Client user
